As we’ve navigated the pandemic over the last year, feelings of anxiety regarding our own health and that of our loved ones have impacted each of us; and many have also been forced to deal with experiences of isolation and loneliness.
Join Nancy Hood, Program Manager at Mental Health Works (CMHA), to learn some strategies that both individuals and employers can use to mitigate anxiety about returning to the workplace. In addition, we’ll introduce some important skills and protective factors that help combat isolation and loneliness.
