The Smart Museum is announcing a call for video proposals for the Winter Quarter entitled a series of small gestures. This is a program asking UChicago students to develop ideas for short, self-produced videos reflecting on gestures of care. Related to the Smart Museum’s exhibition Take Care, undergraduate and graduate students who will be registered for classes during the upcoming Winter Quarter from all areas of study across UChicago are encouraged to submit a proposal for a creative and/or scholarly reflection on/interpretation of a “gesture of care.” There is more information below and the call for proposals is posted on the Smart Museum’s Opportunities for Students webpage as well.

For questions contact Aaron Wilder, Academic Engagement Coordinator at the Smart Museum of Art, at aaronwilder@uchicago.edu.
