Accommodation Process

For Most Students in the University:

After reviewing the information on this web site, students seeking disability accommodations should meet with the Coordinator for Students with Disabilities or Interim Associate Dean of Students in the University for Student Affairs to initiate the accommodation process. The Coordinator or the Interim Associate Dean will acquaint you with the required documentation, which should be submitted promptly. If a disability determination is made, your area Dean of Students will facilitate the implementation of approved auxiliary aids and services.

If you need to request adjustments to previously made accommodations, contact the Coordinator for Students with Disabilities or Interim Associate Dean of Students in the University for Student Affairs or your area Dean of Students.

 

For Students in the Graham School of General Studies:

After reviewing the information about disabilities that is available from this web site, Graham School students seeking disability accommodations need to contact the Assistant Director, Degree and Credit Programs, to initiate the accommodations process.The Assistant Director, Degree and Credit Programs,will acquaint you with the required documentation, which should be submitted promptly. If a disability determination is made the Assistant Director, Degree and Credit Programs, will facilitate the implementation of approved auxiliary aids and services.
